Making your vote count

Do you want your vote to count for something? Of course you do! Local, general and even

referenda need you to have your say - that makes the outsome democratic- well fairly, but we'll

come on to that.

Voting - that means you - because

So make sure you are registered to vote, especially if you have moved house since you last voted or just became old enough to vote.

Postal vote - would that make life easier for you?

Either way it is easy for you to sign on and get a postal vote. Log on to;-

www.wakefield.gov.uk/elections/register-to-vote You just need your date of birth and your National Insurance number (if you have one). Do it by 12th.

April.

Vote: All the details are on this website. Find the form online, print it, sign it and send it in to WMDC i Wakefield. Do it by 15th. April. Easy peasy.
